Event Description

We are proud to announce the world premiere of Through Triumph And Tragedy - a documentary celebrating the 50 year history of the FDNY Pipes & Drums Bagpipe Band. The premiere celebration will take place on October 12th, 2013 and will include a screening of the documentary film, followed by a cocktail reception with open bar, buffet, music, and a performance by the FDNY Pipes & Drums. The screening of the film will take place at the Frank Sinatra School of the Performing Arts in the Tony Bennet Concertt Hall.  The doors open at 5:15 p.m. and the screening will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.   The Frank Sinatra School is located at 35-12 35th Ave, Astoria NY.  The cocktail reception will immediately follow at Studio Square.  Studio Square is located at  35-44 37^th street, Astoria, NY, just one block away from the screening location. Cocktail attire is requested.
